Llandrindod Wells is in the middle of Mid Wales and is a great place to tour the surrounding areas from. With many outstanding areas of beauty and historical relevance you are never without something to do or see.
Whether you wish to sightsee, walk, fish or play golf this historical Victorian Spa town is a great place to be based from to take it all in. There are many places to visit within a short car journey such as Hay on Wye (famous for their book festival), The Elan valley (four reservoirs and many great walks and cycling paths), Builth Wells (The Royal Welsh Show) and Leominster (Antique centre).
National Cycle Collection
The museum in the Automobile Palace building was officially opened on 21st March 1997 by Mr. Tom Norton. It housed the private cycle collections of Mr. Norton and Mr. David Higman, curator from 1997-2010.
